A Greensboro company is looking for a well-organized Customer Service Representative to work as a front line point of contact for the customers.

 

The employee will be responsible for communicating with customers predominantly over the phone and processing orders.

 

Required Skills

  • Five years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Great people skills over the phone
  • Comfortable communicating with customers on a daily basis, with a consistently positive manner, attitude and tone
  • Sense of urgency and consistent follow-up
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to handle a variety of tasks and work at a rapid pace

Hours

 

The hours are M-F 9 AM-6 PM, including some overtime, and rotating shifts on weekends.

 

Weekend work

 

Must be able to work on weekends on both Saturdays and Sundays on a rotating basis.

 

The pay is $11-$12/hr., depending on experience.
