OPERATIONS ASSISTANT WANTED: Leading Granite and Tile distributor in Indio, CA seeks energetic and enthusiastic Operations Assistant to help keep the office rolling smoothly and efficiently. If you are organized, have bilingual English/Spanish skills, have common sense and some experience in a construction office environment, specifically with blueprints, we want to talk to you!
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 year construction office experience
- Experience with blueprints
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, customer service and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- English / Spanish bilingual required
