Summary

Specialist Territory Sales

We are seeking a part-time outgoing, tech-savvy, sales-driven professional to increase subscription sales within a major retailer. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in subscription service selling, building and maintaining strong relationships in retail locations through customer service, sales support, and product expertise. Must have the ability to drive sales by way of successfully training and coaching retail staff, managing store relationship across multiple management levels, and contributing to the store’s customer service culture. Additionally, this candidate should be able to work Thursday through Sunday hours.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with retail employees and store management to drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services.
  • Use direct training, observation, side-by-side sales support and customer interactions as a direct method of demonstrating and educating employees about sales techniques and the client's new and current promotional activities.
  • Educate associates and management on how to sell the client’s products and services via informal (side-by-side).
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the partner's employees, managers and customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards. Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Increase brand representations and effectiveness through establishing and maintain customer and client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with your assigned retail location and client contacts through personal integrity, sales support, and product expertise.
  • Become the product expert on all aspects of the client's products and services, including technology, plans, promotions, sales techniques, best practices, computer system and on-line tools, and escalation processes.
  • Demonstrate and transfer product knowledge through all partner contact
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the partner's employees, managers and customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards. Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders.


Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years Direct Sales Experience or Assisted Sales Experience in a consumer electronics retail environment with subscription based products
  • Training experience in both informal and formal settings
  • Knowledge of subscription television services and mobility a plus
