POSITION SUMMARY

Provides direct patient care. May perform a variety of clinical tasks as directed by an authorized health care provider. May assist with front office duties and scheduling of tests and/or patient appointments. Responsible for accurate chart documentation and medical record maintenance. Attends/conducts in-service presentations and seminars to facilitate personal and professional growth.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

* High School Diploma or GED required

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

* One year of professional patient care experience in a clinical setting.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS

* Current MA Certification from an accredited program or current LPN License from an accredited school of nursing.

* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly.
