Warehouse Asssociate - Full-time / Part-time

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Forklift Operator who is seeking long-term opportunities with a great company in the Roanoke Valley. Responsibilities will include operating a forklift and/or roll clamp, maintaining storage area, inventory control, and assisting with various tasks to maintain upkeep and storage requirements. Candidate must feel comfortable with physical requirements, including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, reaching, and walking for the duration of the day. This is a versatile work environment, where daily tasks may change as needed. If a candidate is seeking to operate a forklift for the entire shift, this may not be the right position as daily tasks will change.  Ideal candidate will have great work ethic, be dependable, and have a great attitude open to learning new operations. Candidate must be able to perform basic reading and writing tasks, as needed for record-keeping. This will be a day shift position with the hours Monday-Friday, 8a.m.-5p.m. The starting pay rate will range between $10.50-$11.50 per hour depending on experience, with the opportunity to earn more with benefits after an evaluation period.
