About this job


Provides professional and courteous greetings and general information to company guests in person and over the telephone. Assists in answering incoming phone calls; schedules applicant appointments, connects other callers with appropriate personnel. Recruits, interviews, screens, selects and refers candidates for job openings. Ensures that qualified job candidates are hired and all required new employee on-boarding process is complete. Processes mail and handles other administrative and miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Understand and support the Vision and Values of Staffmark. 2. A high school diploma. 3. 1-2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 4. Extremely organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 5. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 6. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and customer service skills. 7. Prior experience with HRIS, PeopleSoft preferred.
