A Day in the Life

As Manager, Print Service Operations you oversee onsite Managers and are a key service delivery operations leader. You’ll set and meet objectives at the executive level, drive operational consistency, client satisfaction and retention to increase revenue and profit growth within your regional healthcare clients.  Each day you will make an impact and:

  • Resolve issues to manage and build client relationships, including, Hospital I.T and C-Suite Executives.
  • Provide industry insight on emerging communication technologies, workflow(s) and/or trends
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation of service delivery processes and standards across the client/account base to increase cost effectiveness, value and maximize account growth opportunities.
  • Lead and support new business opportunities by taking an active role in proposal development for bids and implementation of new business (including new service offerings).
  • Manage each client’s budget within your region.
  • Ensure performance standards meet and exceed client SLA’s (service level agreements).
  • Gathering information for preparation & creation of the pro-forma & proposed sites.
  • Deliver, create and maintain quarterly operations and service reports with MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Actively monitor and evaluate Field Service Managers’ performance.
  • Partnering with Human Resources as a Hiring Director for interviews/terminations/writing and delivering performance improvement plans) as needed.
  • Designing and leading client and staff training on new technology for print devices, software solutions, workflow products and any recommended optimization tools.
  • Act as authority on quality control for database accuracy and meter read collection.
  • Travel as needed to various client sites within your region.

What You’ll Need to Win!

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and reliable transportation
  • Experience in Print Services, service delivery with financial P&L responsibility, technical projects, client interaction
  • Experience with Document/MPS solutions management (centralized print, fleet management/optimization, assessment, rate card, etc.)
  • Experience managing technical teams and supporting bids, from pre-sales to successful implementation
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with computer networks, security, print servers and print devices (printers, copiers, scanners and fax)
  • Profit focus with strong financial acumen
  • Proven track record communicating strategic value propositions at the enterprise level
  • Proficiency with relevant project management tools, Wrike preferred
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple, complex priorities and workflows
  • Advanced MS Office skills, with an emphasis in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Various immunizations and/or medical testing may be required as a condition of employment for any positions that work on-site regularly in a hospital or medical setting.
