Warehouse Associate / Lamination Operator

Staffmark has immediate temporary-to-hire openings as a Warehouse Associate / Lamination Operator in Fishers, IN.
As a Lamination Operator you will work on laminating foam mattresses and components by performing the following:

Glues foam mattresses and components according to specifications
Knows which kind of foam is required for the mattress and component in production
Learns how to put together mattresses and component
Applies gluing techniques; insures proper bonding
Daily maintenance of the equipment
Maintains Good Manufacturing Practices
Complies with applicable quality system procedures and instructions
Complies with all safety programs and policies
Assists with training of new employees as required
Other duties as may be assigned

Hourly salaries for Warehouse Associate / Lamination Operator start at $11.00 / hour to $11.75/hour depending on shift. Temporary to hire at 90 days with a pay increase once hired based on job performance. Shifts are Monday through Friday.
1st Shift: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
