Solution Support Specialist - Full-time

What we are looking for this role to do:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide top quality support to customer requests for technical assistance via varying support platforms*
• Test end user functionality and aid in rolling out new versions to customers
• Actively engage in training end users on product use, may occasionally require travel*
• Researching log files for issues and escalating through the necessary channels*
• Working collaboratively within a cross functional team using Kanban/Lean
• Flexibility in work schedule, some weekends required with compensating days’ off
• Contribute information to an online knowledge base for both internal and external use

What you need to bring to the table:

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience
• Bonus points if you are bi-lingual
• Desire to help resolve any issue presented from the customer
• Basic understanding of retail, specifically with regards to cash management
• Ability to record issue resolutions in a professional manner as results are often shared with customers 
• Willingness to embrace change, with a core desire to learn and enhance your craft
• Tendency to thrive in a fast pace environment and want team members to challenge your ideas and solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team
