Administrative Assistant

 

Job Description:A South Florida Multi-Family Housing Management Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant who will work in our corporate office.

 

Job Duties:

  • Provide full secretarial and administrative support
  • Answer phones
  • Sort mail/prepare UPS packages

 

Requirements :

  • Min High School Diploma/Equivalent.
  • Min 2 years relevant experience in administrative office work
  • Proficient with Excel and Word
  • Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, take initiative and well organized
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Construction experience a plus
  • Yardi experience a plus

 

Hours are 9-5.Benefits after 90 days. 401K after 1 year.

 

Salary negotiable commensurate with experience
