Heartland Home Health Care of Allentown PA has an immediate need for a PRN Homecare Physical Therapist (Lehigh Valley area).
Responsible to provide medically prescribed, goal oriented therapy in accordance with the Physician Plan of Care, company policies, and professional Standards of Practice. 100% travel necessary on a daily basis. At least one year or more work experience in physical therapy in a multidisciplinary setting is preferred.
Knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology of physical therapy appropriate for homecare patients.
