Speech Language Pathologist / SLP / Speech Therapist / Speech Therapy-Part-Time, 12-16 hours/week, position for Home Health patients in the Green Bay and surrounding areas.

Minimum of two years work experience as a Speech Therapist in a multidisciplinary setting required.
Knowledge of speech therapy principles, concepts, and methodologies appropriate for terminally ill clients.
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with clients and families.
