The specific duties and requirements are: *Able to read wiring diagram *Use hand tools *able to follow job pick list *use micrometers, caliper, ruler and other measuring instruments *set-up jobs and choose proper tools for application *skill in layout and ability to create and make fixtures for some jobs that may need them *Able to test equipment-using Hi Pod Tester *Multitask and Flexibility from one job to another *Run production to standard rate *Ability to build machines to electrical specifications *Able to lift 50 Pounds
