Patient Service Rep

We have an immediate need for a temporary PSR at our Seattle Front Desk to work with us through the end of April. Provide exemplary customer service for the following patient services:
* Focus for this position will be at our Seattle Clinic Front Desk
* Perform a high level of customer service to our patients
* Collaborate in a team of 4 managing 100 - 150 patient visits a day for the organization
* Obtaining and verifying demographic and financial information through pre-registration process
* Completing patient registration by obtaining consent for medical care and financial agreements
* Processing patient paperwork as required
* Coordinating care with other services
* Providing information about services
* Special focus on patient services and clinic projects as assigned
* This position has the potential for stressful and challenging encounters due to the high volume of public contact
