Payment Processor - Full-time / Part-time

National Mortgage Company here in Denver is hiring Vendor Coordinator to join their Title, Appraisal and Flood insurance team!

Job Responsibilities Include:

• will be responsible for managing a pipeline
• working with vendors and loan coordinators
• to ensure timely placement of all 3rd party orders related to title, appraisal, or flood.
• Will also handle subordination agreements
• Will be fully responsible for the loan to review for acceptability of title, appraisal, and flood.
• May have direct client interaction but will work primarily with loan coordinators (processors) and vendors.

Qualifications:

• 2 years data entry or administrative experience
• at least 6 months experience with Flood, Title, and Appraisals
• Comfortable on the phone if need be
