SUMMARY OF POSITION
his person plays a critical role in the functioning of our firm. This person ensures that all Partners needs are met on a daily basis, handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
· Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation.
· A strong focus on getting the details right.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· An ability to handle multiple tasks within tight time frames.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word & Excel.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Helpful:
· Previous financial planning or investment industry experience.
· Interest in and knowledge of financial markets and investment securities
· College degree
FINRA Series 7 or 6, 63/65 combination or 66

- Travel coordination
- Scheduling for C-Level Executives, client meetings, vendor meetings and more
- Payroll/HR experience
- Accounting coordination
- Screening Partners email and messages
- Prioritization, attention to detail, organizational skills a MUST
- Handle miscellaneous operational activities.
- Develop and maintain written systems of all activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
