Spectrum Enterprise currently seeks a Project Manager for our National Order Management, Enterprise Business Solutions Project Management Team. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:

The Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Multisite National Sales deals across the enterprise for the Strategic National Direct Sales on its key and prospective Fiber and COAX clients. Each analyst is responsible for supporting defined team members and accounts on the National Sales team. The customer pool is mostly comprised of Fortune 1000 type clients that require special handling and continuous feedback until the project is completed.

Job Requirements:

1. Responsible for all aspects of project management in the deployment of new Commercial National Fiber and COAX services.
2. The Sr. Project Analyst is responsible for scheduling resources, tracking deployment schedules and deliverables, coordinating all required tasks and activities, and communicating overall project status to the stakeholders.
3. Possesses general understanding in the areas of order entry, portals, billing, invoicing, survey process, engineering, construction, installation and accounting back office operation activities.
4. Cooperatively work with National Sales, Engineering, OPs team, regional, billing, customer service managers and other departments to provide status and updates of Pre and Post Sale activities.
5. Effectively communicates project information to superiors.
6. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized reports and presentations.
7. Must have a sense of urgency when resolving or escalating issues and/or concerns of both internal and external customers.
8. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully to clients, sales team and management.
9. The candidate must be a self starter who is able to work with minimal supervision.
10. Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

1. 3 + years of project/program management experience is a plus
2. Experience successfully leading numerous large, complex commercial projects in a high pressure environment.
3. 3+ years of experience in sales operations or account support in a telecom or service related industry.
4. Superior written, verbal communication and customer service skills
5. Advanced Proficiency in Salesforce, ICOMS, CSG, MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint desired, MS Project is a plus.
6. Ability to deliver detailed presentations in person or via webinar
7. Telecommunications or service industry experience, to include working knowledge of overall process from contract-to order entry-to provisioning
8. Professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
9. Ability to handle and effectively prioritize multiple competing demands on a daily basis

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.

PMP Certification or in progress to complete a plus

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:
No Supervisory responsibilities with this position.

Travel 5-10%
