International Air Export Gateway Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

This person will be overseeing between 2 to 3 people in the International Air Export Gateway department. They will be doing the full role of an Air Export coordinator as well as managing and training 2 to 3 other coordinators in this department.

DAY TO DAY
Doing A to Z tracking and tracing on International Air Freight
Booking shipments
Following up with customers on when their shipments will be delivered
Entering in new customer information into the system
Scanning documents into the system
Make sure the shipments meet the custom qualifications for international deliveries
Input tracking numbers into the system
Maintain customer relationship
Resolve any complications that come up with the shipments
Communicate with truckers to make sure the shipments are being picked up and dropped off at the right location
Manage 2 to 3 coordinators on their activities
Train 2 to 3 people on Air Export
Train the candidates on the systems when they first start
Help with any escalated issues with shipments
Assist with anything regarding the team to make sure they hit their numbers
