Senior Recruiter - Full-time / Part-time

This position will be working at their corporate headquarters, and will be working as a senior recruiter. They will be responsible for searching and screening candidates for a variety of skill sets. This can be anything from high level manufacturing positions, such as a plant manager, manufacturing engineer, or even corporate level office positions. These can include accounting related roles, supply chain, finance... and other various departments.

They will be using various methods to screen candidates, but linkedin, careerbuilder, indeed and other various websites will be used to help source these individuals. Quality is much more important while recruiting these positions than the quantity they are filling on a daily/weekly basis. They will be responsible for the sourcing, initial interviewing, and then coordinating the interviews internally with the proper management staff. They will stay with the process until an offer is made and accepted. They will not have to do any of the on boarding or the hiring for the individuals. There are 6 other recruiters that have in this department that all handle different skill sets and various departments.
