About this job
This is a call center customer service position. In this specific contact center representatives will only be working with the policy owners so only helping those who currently have life insurance polices. They will be answering a variety of different questions on customers policies.These are strictly inbound calls they will be handling
Questions could be changing beneficiaries, payments, premiums, change of addresses and a variety of other policy questions, calls can be very complex so it is important to have a good understanding in training of insurance policies and procedures
The New Call Center Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM so each rep will work an 8 hour shift������in between that time period. We need candidates who are fine with working until 6 if that's what they are scheduled until
Training will be anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks in a class room environment. It will take place Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Attendance is highly important during training because of the amount of information that is being taught and need to be learned before going onto the phones.
If they miss more than one day during training they will not be able to continue in this class
