Staff Management | SMX, a leading provider of custom designed staffing solutions for Fortune 500 companies throughout the country, has immediate openings for Custom Framers with our premier client in Richmond, Ky.
We are working Monday-Friday 6:00 a.m.-4:30 each day with Friday being the overtime day if need be.
Position Duties:
Custom Framers, start out by assembling custom frames from start to finished. This includes art mounting, matting, molding and acrylic cutting. Light framing shop equipment used. Final framed products prepped for shipment to customers.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in fast-paced production or service role.
- Team player and a go-getter with strong multitasking skills who thrives in a bustling environment.
- Great time-management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Pride in your work and enthusiasm for the framing process.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet all day.
- Previous experience with art and carpentry a plus.
