About this job

We are looking for a Sous Chef who will be responisble for the creation of new menu items as well as the daily specials. Assists the Kitchen Manager in running the kitchen. Will also be working on the line during peak hours. Must have experience in a fast pace high volume a la carte restaurant that serve only fresh, high quality and creative food. Chester Brunnenmeyer's Bar and Grill is a very successful fun restaurant which has been open more than 6 years. Must have high standards and the ability to train and mentor kitchen staff.
