Accounts Receivable Clerk - $14-$16 / HR

Position Summary

This is a Full Time long term position paying between $14-$16 / HR.

The position would be Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• 80% daily Accounts Receivable Functions
• 4 hours / day making collection calls to insurance co., mortgage co., & homeowners
• Mailing invoices 20 / week
• 2nd in line for incoming calls
• Working with homeowner claims
• Able to track down and research homeowners and claims

Qualifications: 

• Education: AS in Accounting preferred or equivalent work
• Experience: 2-5 years AR experience
• Technical competencies: Outlook & Excel
• Industrial / Construction experience a plus
