Requirements
- 2-4 Year Degree Required
- Start up or Microsoft/Amazon experience preferred
- HR Experience Required.
DUTIES:
- Assists HR with a wide range of support duties.
- Helps administer employee benefits.
- Helps to on-board new employees and help with orientation.
- Helps to run background checks and perform reference checks.
- Helps employees to get set up with medical insurance.
- Maintains and updates Human Resources records and files.
- Sets up orientation and new hire packets.
- Makes sure that all new hire packets are complete, including gathering all the required signatures.
- Helps run payroll reports.
- Assists with office events, visitor office tours, and office hospitality.
- Inventory and ordering of office supplies.
- Makes sure that office machines are working properly, and calls to get same repaired as needed.
- Scheduling meetings and sending calendar invites; some calendar management for Senior Managers as well.
- Create and update reports.
- Data entry.
- General admin support as well as help with projects as they become available.
