Requirements

  • 2-4 Year Degree Required
  • Start up or Microsoft/Amazon experience preferred
  • HR Experience Required.

DUTIES:

  • Assists HR with a wide range of support duties.
  • Helps administer employee benefits.
  • Helps to on-board new employees and help with orientation.
  • Helps to run background checks and perform reference checks.
  • Helps employees to get set up with medical insurance.
  • Maintains and updates Human Resources records and files.
  • Sets up orientation and new hire packets.
  • Makes sure that all new hire packets are complete, including gathering all the required signatures.
  • Helps run payroll reports.
  • Assists with office events, visitor office tours, and office hospitality.
  • Inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Makes sure that office machines are working properly, and calls to get same repaired as needed.
  • Scheduling meetings and sending calendar invites; some calendar management for Senior Managers as well.
  • Create and update reports.
  • Data entry.
  • General admin support as well as help with projects as they become available.
