Machine Operator

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience in industrial machine operation (welding machinery is preferred) Working with Schletter Equipment
• High school diploma is required
• Bilingual preferred, Spanish or English speaking
• Work hard and be flexible with schedule
• Ability to read blue prints is a plus+

1st (6am-2) and 2nd (2pm-10) Machine Operator: Operation of Computer Controlled machines. Operator will be ensuring proper running of machines such as, wire feed set up, material change outs, etc. as well as assisting in basic maintenance.

• Day to Day will consist of proper set up of machinery to begin production
• Will work based off of work orders and set specifications, they will make different sized product on same machine and operator will be in charge of quality checks as well
• Operator will perform visual inspection, making sure that it is running correctly
• Maintain clean equipment, ensuring electrodes and cutting machinery is running correctly
• Work with supervisors and team to ensure finished product is out on time and any errors are known
• Maintain a clean work area
