Join us and start doing your life's best work.Our customer service teams have a serious responsibility to make every contact informative, productive, positive, and memorable for what it says about how much we care.Primary Responsibilities:Ensuring that all Letters comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and consent decrees, as well as the applicable accrediting regulatory review agencies, including but not limited to CMS, NCQA, HIPAA, and all UHC policies and procedures as applicablePrint & Fax Letters to provider and membersStuff Envelopes for member and provider mailing as appropriateSend letters overnight if applicablePerform QA to ensure correct member letter with all appropriate pages are inserted in the correct envelopeDemonstrate flexibility, availability, and dependability to conform to position responsibilitiesExcellent computer skills with direct experience in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel requiredMake outbound callsMeet to exceed production standards here

Requirements

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDPrevious experience working with and ability to create, copy, edit, send and save documents using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft OutlookAbility to work an 8 hour shift Tuesday through Saturday (Tuesday - Friday the schedule will be 10am-7pm. Saturdays the schedule will be 6am - 3pm.) and work overtime if there is a business needPreferred Requirements:Previous Administrative / Office experienceCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
