Shared Services teamsImplementation Engineers and Product Management
to develop performance testing plans that model client usage of an
Enterprise SAAS solution for health care providersResponsible for
planning and creating automated performance tests based on current
client usage and predicted future usage, executing tests, and analyzing
results to measure scalability, stability and reliabilityResponsible for developing tools for automation and load testing when
there is no off-the-shelf tools available for a particular measurement Responsible for measuring application and environment performance,
documenting issues and working with the development and implementation
engineers to identify solutionsResponsible for capturing the requirements of external client interfaces and identifying a method of simulation Responsible for capturing the requirements for production environment configurationGenerate periodic reports showing current product load and performance against predicted load and target performance goalsAssist in trouble shooting live client issues via issue duplication in
the performance test environment and identification of root causeGenerates innovative ideas to resolve problemsResponsible for presenting to project teams and business leadersParticipate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project meetingsEnsure process improvements are documented and incorporated in the load testing process

Requirements
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDExperience with Load RunnerExperience analyzing large data sets using Splunk; Dynatrace; Solar Winds DPA (ignite)Technology Careers with Optum.
