Supervisor is accountable for , among other things, sales growth, Quality/Service/Cleanliness and profitability in an assigned group of McDonald's Restaurants. Our ideal candidate will be open to performing a variety of duties to assist in all department of the Restaurants. Supervise all store management team and provide training which includes hand-on and front-line support.

Associates or Undergraduate degree or equivalent McDonald's/ industry experience.
5 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with a diverse group of people.
Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean DMV record.
