JOB FAIR:

             Dayton, OH 45414

When:     March 20th - 24th (Monday thru Friday)
              9:00am to 3:00pm 
              March 27th & 31st (Monday & Friday)
              9:00am to 3:00pm

Must be available to work overtime as needed
 
Responsibilities for the Line Leader position:
 

• Plan, oversee, and participate in the packing operations.
• Receive product, manage and maintain efficiency of line; assure product and warehouse facility is maintained in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
• Communicate with various personnel, departments, and others to provide and receive information, resolve questions and issues, and coordinate activities.
• Train, provide work direction, and coordinate the schedules and activities of assigned personnel.
• Ensure employees are wearing appropriate PPE required for each of these positions.

 
Qualifications for the Line Leader role:
 

• Required to stand for long periods of time.
• Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers.
• Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, and cold.
• Requires knowledge of health and safety procedures as well as packaging procedures pertaining to P&G.
• Must be able to meet the schedule of production and time lines.
