The purpose of this position is to provide support and direction of hourly personnel for the operation of the operation for the extruision lines so so that quality, cost and production targets are met.

Requirements
1.High School diploma or GED
2.additional training in management or leadership principles preferred
3.2-4 years professional experience working on the production floor in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the automotive components industry.
4.Previous experience leading and supervising other employees.
5.Execellnt problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
6.Ability to stay calm in faced paced environment.
7.Knowledge of quality principles and methods.
