Visual and dimensional audit of molded parts on a lot by lot sampling
Detailed record keeping of audit process
Collection of data for tool and process capability studies, gage potential studies and five shot analysis
Responsible for containing all bad products
Work closely with assembly, tool room, warehouse, and engineers
Audit all products that leave "Q" area
Maintain control charts on electronic measuring equipmentData entry
Work on engineer projects as assigned
Understand, support and contribute to Lean Six Sigma, Quality Certification Programs, and Environmental Health and Safety Programs by following policies and procedures Please email
