Primary Responsibilities:

Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
 

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
Extensive knowledge of UnitedHealthcare network processes and procedures
Extensive knowledge of UMR Claim System (CPS) and the related systems, processes and procedures
Above average communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong analytical and research skills and capabilities
Must live with a commutable distance Wausau Office,  or Rockford IL office
Preferred Qualifications:

Project management experience
Prior knowledge of electronic claim filing process
