(sm)In this role, you will be involved in developing innovative business solutions by creating new applications, modifying existing applications and providing post production support. Predominantly you will be designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver value to our organization. Positions in this function are predominantly involved in
developing business solutions by creating new and modifying existing
software applications. Primary contributor in designing, coding,
testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications
consistent with established specifications and business requirements to
deliver business value. Employees in jobs labeled with SCA must support
a government Service Contract Act (SCA) agreement.Primary Responsibilities: Design, implement and maintain .Net application within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Develop, test, implement and maintain application software working with established processesCommunicate effectively with other engineers and QAEstablish, refine and integrate development and test environment tools and software as neededIdentify production and non-production application issuesIdentify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications of .Net developed projectsProvide technical support and consultation for .Net application and infrastructure questionsServe as a mentor to less experienced DevelopersB.S. or B.A. in Computer Science or equivalent experience and certification

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma/ GED with 5+ years of IT Development
experience 3+ years of experience with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
/System Development Life Cycle 2+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system
specifications
Preferred Qualifications:
Health care industry experienceMCSD CertificationHands on experience with Visual Studio 2010 or Visual Studio 2012, using Subversion
and/ or Team Foundation ServerReal-time application experience using Microsoft MVC framework and/or ASP.NET,
C#, Entity FrameworkHands on experience using Kendo UI MVC and Telerik controlsExperience with relational databases Microsoft SQL Server Experience in building web-based applications and services using web tools and
