Call Center Representative - Full-time / Part-time

The Account Representative will be responsible for handling inbound communication via phone and/or web interaction answering questions from customers on various lawn care products and services for our client!

• Confer with internal and/or external customers in order to provide information about products and/or services such as processing customer requests, orders, canceling accounts or obtaining details of complaints over the phone, by email, live chat, social media or other method of communication.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently by actively listening, communicating clearly and concisely, and assuring customer understanding.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by consulting with customers, assisting customers, and resolving a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries, and complaints.
  

MUST BE available to work a 5 day work week BETWEEN Monday through Sunday, any where between 8:00AM to 10:00PM (schedule will be 5 days straight, no rotating schedule, with two days off back to back after a 3 week training period)

Education and/or Experience:
Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years customer service experience i.e. retail, fast food, hospitality etc. or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in a contact center.
