Private equity firm is looking for an executive assistant to join a great team. We are looking for someone out of finance, with 5-8 years experience and polished. This is a great company that promotes within, has great perks and is a staple PE in Manhattan. This firm is located in midtown, midsized and with a great work environment.
The pay is competitive (range from 70-90K DOE) with benefits and generous bonus. This company values its employees and is looking for the right fit!!
Experience with fundraising or working within the energy department of a private equity is a huge plus!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Provide extensive calendar and travel arrangement• Be able to always use better judgment, discretion and anticipate needs• Be dynamic and have the ability to work for a fast paced environment• Maintained the CEO's calendar by scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel• Manage contact list and keep up to date with emails, appointments and important dates• Track all expenses & creating expense reports• Poised under pressure with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
