Seeking individual who is adept at caring for and communicating with children for on-going, at home childcare for my 9-year-old son who, at times, presents with behavioral challenges. My son requires consistent structure and predictability. You must be able to collaborate with the family to keep track of my son's behavior. Time with my son and possibly his 7-year-old brother includes engaging with him in play-time and other age-appropriate activities consistent with this behavior contract.
