Lab Operations Manager

Job Title: Micro biology lab manager

Job Description: Some tests they run in the lab: spc standard plate count, coliform, fat, protein, lactose, sematic cell, lpc lab pasteurization count, mun milk urea nitrogen, pi pre-incubation

will be 10% on bench and 90% personnel management, work with customers, client facing is a plus, troubleshooting and responding to technical inquiries from clients

Client interfacing example: Customer care department sits in corporate but the dairy specific tests so unique that corporate doesn't handle because - not very often but when needed if issues with clients who are sending them the milk
Ex: sent 500 samples we need test for protein and fat, need to communicate that to client if milk samples were spoiled
