Position Title: Electrician

Job Assignment Location: Wilmington, DE Area

Rate of Pay: Based on Experience

Work Schedule: 5x8

Position Description

Under direct supervision, assigned daily work. May explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities. Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site. Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities. Job may require moderate to heavy lifting. Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of experience.

Brown and Root is seeking a journeyman industrial electrician. Applicant must be licensed with the State of Delaware.

Required to have 5 to 10 years' experience in industrial and commercial service work and specialize in troubleshooting as well as problem solving. We are looking for quality electricians that take pride in their work.

Job Requirements

* Background Check

* Tools of the trade

* Be able to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics

* Determining the electrical or lighting issue the customer is having

* Troubleshoot the issue in a timely manner

* Great communication skills

* Repair and or installation of all types of electrical systems

* Proficient in completing paperwork related to the job/project

* Ability to lead apprentices and coworkers on projects

* Works Safely, efficiently and effectively

* Required to work inside and outside

* Must have personal hand tools to complete all types of electrical jobs and projects

* Must be able to read and understand blue prints

* Must possess basic math skills

* Must be able to think on your feet

* Capable of lifting 50 LBS.

Field Contract Administrator

Description

The Field ContractAdministrator (FCA) is responsible for managing the interface between the contractors and the area(s).The FCA is the primaryliaison between the contractors and the area operationspersonnel. The FCA is the connection between the Site Contract Administrator and the contractor.

The Field ContractAdministrator is a full time positionwith an expectation of 70-80% of their time spent in the field.

The Field Contract Administrator is responsible in the followingareas: Understand scopes of work

Ensure compliance with Site Contracting Strategy

Participate in package preparation process Conduct pre-jobmeeting

Inspection of contractor's equipment Acceptance of services or work completed Monitor safety, quality, cost, and schedule Prepare passes and work permits

Audit Contractor Job Safety Analyses(JSAs) I Task Risk Analyses (TRAs)

Verify receipt of service

Signand maintain time sheets, materialtickets, documentation for ROS Maintain daily reports of work

Help CA resolve claims and issues

Monitor and document changesto contract

Ensurecompliance with regulatory and DuPont safetyrequirements Audit contractor's safety program and performance

Provide input on post-job evaluation

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

High School diplomawith craft or technicalexpertise, Technical degree (2 year),or engineering degree preferred

* Education or equivalent, experience in the aspects of contracting, craft/technical

expertise, construction managementor engineering

* Ability to work in process and field areas that may include physicalcapabilities such as climbing stairs, ladders, and construction areas

* Demonstrated ability to work with many individuals

* Demonstrated ability to work on multiple tasks, setting and communicating priorities, and understanding the business drivers.

* Effective oral and written communication skills, the ability to present information to all levels in the organization, and address externalorganizations.

* Demonstrated abilityto develop and execute effectivetask planning.

* * Demonstrated abilityto work with various computerprograms including the Microsoft Suiteand purchasing systems.
