Responsibilities:
The Food Service Tech III will erform assigned duties as described on schedule. The
incumbent will be responsible for serving patient meals on time, keeping the galley
clean and sanitized, scraping dishes, ordering food items and stocking of food items.
Clinical duties iclude screening patients for nutrition problems, and relaying problems
back to the Certified Dietary Manager and/or Dietician. All other duties as assiged by
the Dietary Manager.
Qualifications:

Must be enrolled in a Dietary Manager course or willing to enroll
within 6 months of hire date.
Should have experience in food service.
