POSITION SUMMARY: A general handyman providing numerous services and crew oversight in a variety of capacities in a selected region, including plaza lot cleanup, snow shoveling, landscaping, trash and debris management, as well as other duties to include but not limited to, general maintenance, cleaning, masonry and renovations, painting, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to lead a crew
- Knowledge of lot clean-up, landscaping, snow management, exterior clean-up
- Ability to perform minor repairs
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
- Capable of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines and creating schedules
- Work in compliance with standard operating procedures and OSHA requirements
- Maintain neat, orderly, safe and clean work area
- Other duties as assigned
