LOCATION: NW Portland
SALARY: $13/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Immediate need for temporary food packaging workers in NW Portland. Free parking! Night shift, days and exact hours vary according to client’s needs. Our client is growing and may add full-time staff. Great opportunity to check them out temporarily and see if you’d be interested in a long term position!
Temporary staff will be responsible for retrieving product from the freezer and bringing it to the packaging line. This is a fast paced position and requires the ability to lift up to 70lbs (including ice). Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Workers are required to wear tall rubber boots and warm layered clothing appropriate for the environment. Temperature is consistently 32-36 degrees. No jewelry, cell phones, or ear buds allowed on the packaging floor. Background check and drug screen required.
