Reputable and well-established transportation company located near Farmingdale, NY seeks an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Associate;
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Responsible maintaining and reporting the Accounts Payable function for all of this company’s operations. Primary functions will include but not limited to: payment of vendor invoices, matching documentation, filing documents, cash management reporting, ACH and wire transfers, monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, etc.
The successful candidate must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in a related role. Experience with Sage is a plus, however not required. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills is required.
Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 contingent upon experience + paid vacation, major medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, HSA
