A rapidly growing, privately-held service company is looking for a highly effective Administrative Assistant. The company is a Michigan-based service provider to corporate, education, industrial and real estate customers.

This position is for a full- time Administrative Assistant in the Farmington Hills area. The hours include M-F from 9am to 5pm. Position starts at $13.00 per hour

EDUCATION NEEDED
2-year Associates degree a minimum.
Bachelor degree a plus.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Experience in Administrative Multi-tasking Support in a high energy busy office environment.
5 to 10 years experience in Administrative Support.
A minimum of 5 years of employment with one employer is a must.
Compensation program above industry standards
Incentive Compensation based meeting metric goals

SKILLS & TALENTS NEEDED
Proven administrative responsibility.
Experienced in learning, improving, maintaining key components of Core Job Responsibilities.
History of handling multiple priorities for demanding internal/external customers.
Experienced in developing and maintaining strong customer/team relationships.
History of success in exceeding or beating job performance goals.
Shows experience in meeting important deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
Must be able to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally, & in writing, both up and down the chain of command.
Extensive computer skills in Outlook, Word, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations.
Skilled in technology to support the company demands, specifically mobile phones, computers, and all other electronic devices.
Proven skills to persuade other people in the organization to follow policy/procedures specifically in timekeeping, accounting, and sales.
Experienced in being part of a high-performance team.
