About this job
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Coordinator. Individual needs to have supervised CNA's, CHA's, or Caregiver staff for at least three years. Strong and highly organized individual that will oversee interviewing, hiring, training, and in the field assignments for area home senior care provider. Entire field operation staff of home caregivers are this individuals' responsibility. Administrative position will report directly to Operations Director and Franchise Owner.

Job Description:
The Field Service Coordinator is expected to oversee and perform a variety of duties in the coordination of recruiting, interviewing, and assigning quality caregivers for clients. Interaction with our staff, clients, and care providers requires exceptional communication and organization skills. Candidate needs to enjoy working in a fast-paced team oriented environment. Scheduling/staffing and/or management experience preferred. Position does offer $14.00 - $18.00 per hourly wage, overtime, and mileage reimbursement.
Primary Duties
• Participate in selection of, training, and supervise staff Caregivers that deliver in home care for clients.
• Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner
• Field new Caregiver inquires over the phone in a knowledgeable manner
• Coordinate Caregiver schedules on a daily basis
• Monitor, mediate, and log both client and Caregiver activity and follow up on Caregiver assignments and client service
• Coordinate and maintain monthly client schedules
• Enter and maintain accurate client and Caregiver records
Secondary Duties
• Assist in maintaining a complete Client Service Schedule
• Participate in quarterly Caregiver meetings

Responsibilities & Expectations
- Oversee day to day service provided by 125 senior home caregivers.
- Screen, interview, hire, and train 10 - 14 new staff members per month.
- Monitor dress code, presentation, on site training, and staff performance.
- Implement weekly quality assurance check ins and phone calls.
- Oversee, discipline, and manage field service providers.
- Report on a weekly basis critical numbers for operational & budgetary management.
- Coordinate weekly staff meetings to report to entire care team staff.
Qualifications
- Associates degree, CNA or HCA. certification.
- 3 - 5+ years experience with senior home care (non-medical).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to report and take on-call agency coverage
- Capable to drive throughout assigned service territory.
- Able to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
- Able to effectively communicate English orally and written
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien
- Valid Illinois driver’s license
- Satisfactory professional and personal references
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and pre-employment drug screen
