Home Instead Senior Care a provider of home helper, personal care, and Alzheimer's care services to seniors in their homes, is seeking an Ambassador CAREGiver.
The Ambassador CAREGiver will work a guaranteed 40 hour week and be available to care for clients, assist with introductions between CAREGivers and Clients, and assist office staff with office related duties - as time allows.
CAREGiving for our Clients may include: meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, escort to medical appointments, personal care (toileting, bathing, dressing, or mobility assistance), safety supervision, and companionship.
Introductions: if a CAREGiver will be working with a client for the first time, the CAREGiver Ambassador may be asked to go out to the client's home and introduce this CAREGiver to the client, providing a review of the care plan and making sure that both the client and CAREGiver feel comfortable moving forward.
Office Assistance: if the CAREGiver Ambassador is not busy helping out with CAREGiving (as a fill-in for last minute openings) or helping with introductions, they may be asked to help around the office. Office assistance may include: answering phones, filing, helping with mailings, or other office related tasks.
Applicants to the CAREGiver Ambassador job should have CAREGiving experience (professional or personal), possess a valid driver's license, and have excellent communication skills.
Applicants must complete background checks and pre-employment drug screening.
As a full-time employee, the CAREGiver Ambassador will be eligible for participation in the company Health Insurance plan after 90 days, be eligible for paid vacation and sick time, receive paid professional training, and more.
