Retail Store Team Member (Watertown, Boston and Wellesley Locations)

At Fastachi we have a passion for our nuts & offerings, and our guests.  Do you love to see happy customers?  Do you have a passion for food and want to share that passion with others?  We are currently seeking individuals who are creative, energetic, and personable to become a member of the Fastachi retail store team. We thrive on providing personal attention to our guests in a clean, organized and enticing environment relying on sampling, education and maintaining quality operations.

Our ideal candidates possess the following characteristics:

• Self-starters who are motivated, organized, responsible, outgoing, and hard working with a critical eye.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A passion for food with an eagerness to learn and share their knowledge with others.
• Positive, thoughtful attitude with a sense of humor (after all, we sell nuts).
• Team Players who accept feedback with grace, and are not afraid to speak up with ideas and suggestions.
• Individuals who thrive in a fun, positive environment with real growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Availability of 30-40 hours per week. 
• Available for evening (stores close at 7pm) and weekend shifts.
• Minimum commitment through December 31, 2017.
