Provide exceptional and personalized customer attention and guidance and proactively communicate with customers to cultivate brand loyalty.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationships

* Provide exceptional customer service and act as a customer service role model

* Build strong and lasting relationships with customers

* Provide honest and confident feedback regarding merchandise, style and fit

* Develop mood boards for customers and for site inspiration

* Consistently seek new fashion and product knowledge

* Style customers for a variety of bridal related events -- giving recommendation on overall look and/or event design

* Maintain a professional brand appropriate voice

Business & Team Support

* Facilitate customer correspondence and appointment scheduling

* Uphold a highly organized system for maintaining customer communication, data and appointments

* Provide customer feedback based on requests/suggestions/complaints

* Support stylist team to develop and grow styling program

* Maintain an awareness of store concepts and merchandising stories

* Set and achieve personal daily, monthly and yearly goals

* Other projects and duties assigned based on business needs

* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficiency in basic computer skills

* Ability to relate to people of different backgrounds, age, status and fashion perspectives

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment

* Strong organizational and follow-through skills

* Comfortable in selling all price points across all divisions
