As a partner with the National Park Service, we employ 600 summer seasonal associates to deliver an extraordinary retail experience to the millions of guests that visit the park every year, providing them with food, equipment, supplies, keepsakes and collectibles through Yellowstone General Stores.

The Opportunity

Yellowstone General Stores is seeking a Human Resources Driver for the summer 2017 season. This position requires using company vehicles provides transportation for associates arriving by public transportation as arranged by the human resources department.  Stops at drug testing facility, Social Security office, bank, etc. and assists associates with paperwork, transportation will continue on to West Yellowstone and into the appropriate location in Yellowstone Park, while arriving associate are completing paperwork in West Yellowstone, the driver will assist with photo copying I-9 documentation and issuing uniforms, drive current associates from park locations to larger towns or tour in park.

This position requires a valid driver’s license, passing a DOT physical and frequent travel in Yellowstone National Park, must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time and carry luggage up and down stairs.  

This position starts in late April or early May and ends in late August or early October. It may be based in West Yellowstone, MT or inside Yellowstone National Park. 

Full hookup RV sites are available starting at $32.20/week. Employee Meal Plan is available for in park associates for $61.00/week, this includes three meals a day, seven days a week. Dorm style housing is available for $27.00/week. Employee apartments are available in West Yellowstone for a weekly charge of $57.00. 

Candidates must be willing to successfully pass Delaware North at Yellowstone trainings specific to this position. Applicants may be required to complete a pre-employment background check and drug test. Associates will be required to work evenings and weekends, as well as split shifts.
