ASSISTANT MANAGER: 

Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager directs Associate activity to provide efficient high quality customer service and achieve retail sales targets through a well-trained and motivated staff. Adheres to all Five Below policies and procedures. The Assistant Manager is part of the management team that sets the tone by embracing and living the Five Below Value! 


KEY HOLDER: 
Our part-time Key Holder is all over responsibility. He/She must open and/or close the store while also making sure it runs flawlessly, especially when management’s not around or unavailable on the floor. Think of it as being, “second in command” when needed. The Key Holder will also look after the team and sales during their shift, while keeping tabs on merchandising, guest services and operational services. 



SALES ASSOCIATE: 
If you want to be at the beat of the Five Below pulse, our part-time Sales Associates get right in the middle of all store action. Perfect candidates have an undying passion for delivering amazing customer service, while also driving high sales results. Key traits include having amazing people and selling skills, keeping the floor stocked-up flawlessly and providing super smooth transactions at the register
