About this job
We are seeking an RN with management experience and 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day coordinator and 24-hour oversight of all aspects of our long-term care unit.
- Monitor resident care by nurses and LNA’s.
- Ensure resident care and documentation is in compliance with HIPPA, state and federal regulations for healthcare.
- Ensure physician orders are being followed, monitor medication & treatment schedules, and MDS documentation is accurate.
- Work in collaboration with other departments, assists ADNS, working most closely and under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services.
